Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Redbubblegum handles when you use our web and mobile services, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, workspace details, lead preferences, and outreach drafts.
When you use the service, we also process account and workspace identifiers, notification tokens, feature interactions, and limited technical records needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Public content
Redbubblegum helps you find and review publicly available posts. That content comes from third-party services and remains subject to their terms and privacy practices. When you choose to reply or send a direct message, the relevant third-party app or website opens so you can complete the action there.
How we use information
- Provide authentication, workspaces, lead discovery, alerts, and outreach tools.
- Maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only with infrastructure and delivery providers that help operate the service, when a workspace owner authorizes access, when required by law, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational purposes. You can initiate permanent account deletion from Settings in the mobile app. Data belonging to a workspace shared with other members may remain available to that organization; your membership and personal account are removed. Residual copies may remain briefly in protected backups before they expire.
Your choices
You can update account details, control notification permission in your device settings, or delete your account in the app. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.
Security, transfers, and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards required by applicable law. The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
