Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and be authorized to act for any organization you add. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, violate third-party rights or platform rules, send unlawful or abusive communications, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer it except where the law expressly permits.

Your content and public sources

You retain ownership of the workspace information and drafts you submit. You give us permission to process that content only as needed to provide and improve the service. Public posts displayed by Redbubblegum belong to their respective authors and platforms. You are responsible for reviewing any suggested reply and for how you use third-party services.

Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. Lead matching and generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should use your own judgment before acting on them. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific business results.

Paid services

If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at purchase apply. Taxes may be added where required. Mobile access does not itself create a separate paid subscription.

Termination

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for material violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Redbubblegum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
