Contact support
Email support@redbubblegum.com. Include the email on your account, the workspace name, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if useful. Never send your password or one-time sign-in code.
Notification help
Check that notifications are allowed for Redbubblegum in iOS Settings and that you are signed into the expected workspace. Open the Notifications tab to review recent alerts.
Replies and direct messages
Redbubblegum opens the original post or author profile in the external app or browser. Sign in there to publish a reply or send a direct message.
Delete your account
In the mobile app, open Settings, select Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and queues deletion of workspaces owned only by you. Shared workspaces remain available to their other members.
